Payment:  Once your media arrives at our door we will review your order form and verify all materials have arrived. You will receive an email from us confirming your order was received. Once your order is complete you will receive a notice for payment through PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. You can pay us using all four major credit or debit cards, your bank account, or your PayPal account. We DO NOT accept personal or company checks. Orders do not ship or picked up until funds are received and cleared.

Normally allow 5 -7 business working days for completion - subject to change during high-volume holiday seasons.

Delivery: We ship both your original media and completed order back to you with an email containing the name of the shipping courier. We normally use US Postal Service Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation unless other methods have been pre-arranged.

Safeguards: We keep a digital copy of your original media on our video server for 30 days from the date your order is shipped. This allows us to make an additional digital copy of your original order, if more copies are needed or in case your media becomes damaged or lost during shipment. Once you have received your order in 30 days all of your digital media is deleted from our servers.

PayPal & Venmo protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use either of these services your financial information is not shared with the anyone else. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for your transaction.
